From Fashion to Fitness

My journey into fitness began after a decade-long career in fashion and catwalk modeling. I had the opportunity to walk the runways at events like London Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week, and my work was featured in publications including Glamour, Vogue, Hello and Marie Claire. While these experiences were exciting, I often felt the pressure to keep a certain look, and I knew I wanted something more fulfilling.

Discovering strength

Determined to make a change, I shifted my focus to building a stronger, healthier body. It wasn’t an easy path, but through dedication and discipline, I transformed from fashion model to fitness athlete.

Becoming Champion

In April 2016, I earned the prestigious titles of Pure Elite International Model Champion and Bikini Model Champion, along with my Pro Card as a fitness athlete. I went on to win first place in the Pure Elite UK Pro Championship, proudly holding the title of Pure Elite Pro Bikini UK Champion. These achievements fueled my passion for inspiring others to pursue their own transformations.


Motherhood & Fitness

But my journey doesn’t end there. My proudest role, however, is being a mom of two. Motherhood has given me a deeper understanding of the challenges women face — from balancing family responsibilities to regaining confidence after pregnancy. That’s why I’m especially passionate about helping moms rebuild their strength, energy, and self-belief, no matter how chaotic life may feel..
